Innovo developed and proposed a strategic initiative for a government agency to prepare and attract top performing high school students from across the nation.  Innovo formulated a one-week program that engaged students in leadership, team building, ethics, and community service.  The proposal outlined key components of the program, provided a sample schedule of events, estimated the resources required to execute the program, and assessed the return on investment expected in the agency’s broader recruiting efforts.   Innovo interfaced with a commanding general and helped equip the agency with successful marketing capabilities.
